My Role

• At BlueWave Innovators, I served as a Product Designer, where I was responsible for designing and prototyping digital products that met the needs of modern businesses. My role involved working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions were user-friendly and aligned with client objectives.
• I played a pivotal role in redesigning a complex enterprise software platform, significantly improving its usability and visual appeal. My work helped increase user satisfaction and adoption rates among the client’s employees. Additionally, I contributed to the design of a series of web applications aimed at optimizing business processes for small to medium-sized enterprises.
• A major focus of my role was to advocate for the end-user throughout the design process. I conducted user research, created personas, and led usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions. This approach ensured that our products were not only functional but also delightful to use.
